Our turnkey business model is a streamlined process that allows us to purchase, rehab and offer many cash flow investment properties a year to our investors. At the core, we sell investors income-producing properties by acquiring properties, rehabbing them, placing a tenant and providing ongoing support to our investors through excellent Property Management.
We acquire distressed properties in areas that fit our business model through multiple channels. These channels include foreclosures, auction sites, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), wholesalers, motivated owners and probate.
Each home we acquire needs some level of rehab, some greater than others. We rehab each home to the top of retail standards for the area, so that our upgrades bring the home to the highest market value for that area. Our rehabs are designed to reduce maintenance and vacancy through our quality upgrades.
We find a credit-worthy tenant to occupy the property. Our property management team handles rent collection, upkeep, rental distribution, and vacancies.

Our comprehensive one year warranty covers all the major components of our homes, including but not limited to: heating and cooling systems, water heaters, interior and exterior electrical components, plumbing, and roofing system. Warranty excludes tenant neglect, acts of God, sewer and power surges.
90 Day Rent Guarantee
We’ve never experienced a vacancy over 45 days. This makes it very easy for us to extend our 90 day rent guarantee to you. If your property were ever to fall vacant for 90 days, we’ll pay your rent starting day 91.
